We encrypt all data in transit and at rest, store it securely, and never sell it to third parties. This notice applies to all users of golbos — whether you bet on Liga 1, Piala AFF, or Champions League matches, play live blackjack or roulette, spin slot games like Aviator or Sweet Bonanza, or access esports markets.

We are transparent about what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and your rights to access or delete your information. If any part of this notice is unclear, our support team (English-speaking, available during Jakarta business hours) can explain your data rights.

Our data policy is aligned with international privacy standards. We do not track you across unrelated websites, do not use your data for advertising profiling, and do not share your information with unrelated third parties. Payment processors (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, etc.) and law-enforcement agencies may receive data only as legally required.

What data we collect on golbos

We collect several categories of information when you use golbos. First, account information: your full name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. Second, identity verification data: a copy of your government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driving licence) and a proof-of-address document (utility bill, rental agreement, or bank statement). Third, payment information: the bank or e-wallet account details you use to deposit and withdraw funds. Fourth, activity logs: every bet placed, game played, deposit made, withdrawal requested, login time, and IP address used to access golbos.

We collect this information because we are legally required to verify your identity and comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate. Without this data, we cannot process your deposits or withdrawals, and we cannot fulfil our regulatory obligations.

We also collect device and browser information: your operating system (Android, iOS, Windows, macOS), browser type, device model, and device identifier (not personally identifiable, but unique to your device). We use this to detect fraud, prevent duplicate accounts, and understand which devices access golbos most often. We do not collect data about other apps on your device or your location (except the country/region where your payment originates).

We use your personal information for specific purposes. We verify your identity to confirm you are the account holder and that you are legally permitted to access golbos in your jurisdiction. We process your payment information to deposit and withdraw funds through your chosen payment method. We review activity logs to detect fraud, prevent money-laundering, and identify collusion or automated betting tools.

We do not use your data for marketing purposes unless you have explicitly opted in to receive promotional emails. We do not sell, rent, or lease your information to third-party marketers. We do not use your data to build profiles for advertising targeting across other websites or apps.

Your data rights on golbos

You have several rights regarding your data on golbos. You can request a copy of all personal information we hold about you — submit this request through your account dashboard or by emailing our support team. We will provide your data in a machine-readable format (typically CSV or JSON) within 10 business days. You can also request that we correct any inaccurate information, such as misspelled names or wrong phone numbers.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data. When you request deletion, we deactivate your account immediately; you can no longer log in or place bets. We retain your identity documents and transaction records for the retention period mandated by financial regulations (typically five years after account closure), but we delete other personal data like your email and phone number within 30 days of closure. We cannot delete transaction logs because they are required for audit and compliance purposes.

If you believe we are mishandling your data in violation of this privacy notice, you may lodge a complaint with your jurisdiction's data-protection authority. We also provide an internal dispute process: contact our support team, describe the issue, and our compliance officer will investigate within 10 business days.

Cookies and tracking on golbos

We use cookies — small text files stored on your device — to remember your login session, track your bets and game history, and prevent fraud. Essential cookies are required for golbos to function; you cannot disable these without breaking your account. Analytics cookies help us understand which games, sportsbook markets (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League), and payment methods users prefer; you can opt out of analytics in your browser settings.

We also use device fingerprinting — a technique that records your browser characteristics (operating system, browser version, installed fonts, screen resolution) — to detect duplicate accounts and identify fraud. Fingerprinting does not identify you personally but helps us prevent the same person from operating multiple accounts on golbos.

Most browsers allow you to manage cookies through Settings > Privacy or Security. You can delete existing cookies or prevent new ones from being stored. However, disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging into golbos. Third-party cookies (from ad networks or social media) are not used on golbos.

Data location and international transfer on golbos

Our data centres are located outside Indonesia for operational and regulatory reasons. Your personal data, identity documents, and transaction logs are stored on encrypted servers in these data centres. This means your data may be transferred across international borders. We maintain the same level of security and privacy protection regardless of where data is physically stored.

If you are concerned about international data transfer, you have the right to request that we clarify the specific country where your data is stored. Contact our support team with your account email and registered phone number, and we will provide this information within five business days.

We back up your data daily to prevent loss due to hardware failure or disaster. These backups are encrypted and stored separately from our main servers. Only authorised personnel can access backups, and they are destroyed after 30 days (or sooner if legally required).

Data retention and account closure on golbos

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Once you close your account and request data deletion, we retain your identity documents and transaction history for five years (mandated by financial regulations). We delete all other personal information (email, phone, address) within 30 days of account closure. After five years, we securely destroy all remaining data.

Activity logs (betting history, deposits, withdrawals) are retained indefinitely because they serve audit, tax, and compliance purposes. These logs do not contain personal information like your name or address — they are linked to your account ID only. Even if you close your account, we maintain these logs.

If you close your account during peak seasons (Liga 1 matchdays, Piala Indonesia or Piala AFF tournaments, or holidays like Idul Fitri and Idul Adha), data deletion may be delayed by 1–2 business days while we complete final settlement and account audits.

Contact and questions on golbos

If you have questions about this privacy notice, want to exercise a data right (access, correction, deletion), or suspect a privacy breach, contact our support team. You can reach us via in-app chat, email, or phone callback during Jakarta business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM). Provide your account email and registered phone number so we can verify your identity before sharing any personal data.

Our privacy officer reviews all data-access requests and breach reports personally. We aim to respond within five business days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate to our compliance department for a second review, which typically takes an additional 5–10 business days.

We update this privacy notice periodically as our practices evolve or as regulations change. Material changes (e.g., new data collection, new third-party sharing) are announced via email to all active golbos members at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of golbos after the 30-day period means you accept the updated notice.
